Prime Local Offers (“we,” “us”) operates this website to connect people shopping for a vehicle with participating local dealers. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.

Information we collect

When you submit a form on this site, you give us:

Your name, phone number, and email address
The type of vehicle you told us you’re shopping for
The fact that you checked the consent box, and the exact wording you agreed to

We also collect automatically, when you visit:

Your IP address and browser information
The page you landed on, the site that referred you, and advertising identifiers in the link you clicked (for example utm tags and Meta’s fbclid)

How we use it

To connect you with one or more participating local dealers, who may contact you about vehicle offers
To contact you ourselves about your request
To measure which ads bring people to this site, and to improve them
To detect fraudulent or invalid submissions

Who we share it with

We share the information you submit with participating vehicle dealers so they can respond to your request. That is the purpose of this site. Because we are compensated by dealers for these referrals, this sharing may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under some state privacy laws.

We also share information with service providers who operate this site on our behalf, such as our hosting and data-storage providers. We may disclose information where required by law.

We do not sell your information to unrelated parties for their own independent marketing.

Third-party information

We may supplement what you give us with information from third-party data providers, in order to verify submissions and better understand who we are referring to a dealer.

Advertising and cookies

This site uses the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies and reports back to Meta when you visit this page or submit a form. Meta uses this to measure and target advertising. You can control this through your Meta ad settings, and you can opt out of many interest-based ads at optout.aboutads.info.

Calls, texts, and how to stop them

By checking the consent box, you agreed to be contacted by phone, text, or email — including by automated technology — at the number and email you gave us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

You can withdraw consent at any time: reply STOP to any text, ask the caller to place you on their do-not-call list, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of its sale or sharing — including a request to Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To stop being contacted, reply STOP to any text message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or tell any dealer who contacts you that you want to be removed and that your information should be deleted.

Once a dealer has received your information, you will also need to contact that dealer directly regarding the information they hold.

Data retention and security

We keep submitted information for as long as needed to provide the referral and to meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations, then delete it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
